The Dizzy Ducks’ Origins
The journey of The Dizzy Ducks began in the quiet suburb of Spring Farm, NSW, where Michael Boundy (drums) and Mark Kenny (bass) initially experimented with drum and bass tunes in Mark’s garage.
As their musical appetite grew, they were joined by Catherine "Cat" Quarmby, whose vibrant vocals transformed their initial grooves into full-fledged songs. Yet, something was still missing—until Jon Valenzuela (guitar) came on board, completing the band and marking the official formation of The Dizzy Ducks.
The Dizzy Ducks’ Breakout and Future Aspirations
Following their explosive debut single "Twisted" in early November 2023, The Dizzy Ducks received glowing reviews that praised their sound as “epic, modern, and powerful" (Edgar Allan Poets) and a musical experience not easily forgotten (Musikepool).
